CLASSES and COURSES for 2022
Six week course w/b 25th April £120 on the theme of ‘The Garden’ – focus on functional pots, and sculptures inspired by Barbara Hepworth

Mondays 10.30 – 12.30pm
Tuesdays 6.30 – 8.30pm
Wednesdays 2.30 – 4.30pm, and 6.30 – 8.30pm
Fridays 10.30 – 12.30
- Each set of classes is taught with a theme and a technique as a focus, allowing regular students to build up a wide range of skills. Students are also welcome to follow their own projects with technical and creative support on hand
- Mixed classes suitable for beginners and improvers
- 5 potters wheels available for use during classes
- Note: if you wish to work on the wheel, an individual lesson or attendance at a throwing workshop beforehand is recommended, enabling you to work independently
THROWING TASTER SESSIONS 2022
Half day sessions, 10am – 12.30pm, or 2.30pm – 5pm, cost £45 per person inclusive of materials, finishing, glazing and firing your work

4 places available at each throwing workshop to allow safe distancing and individual tuition

- intensive focus on establishing good technique through observing demonstrations, constructive feedback and direction, and repetition of forms
TASTER DAYS
10.30 – 4pm £65 inclusive of materials, finishing, glazing and firing your work
Sunday 12th June – full
Limited to 6 places and suitable for beginners. Learn to coil, pinch and slab – this is a flexible day which will allow you to develop your own ideas once you have mastered these basic hand-building techniques – materials, glazing and firing included
INDIVIDUAL LESSONS
2 hour session on the wheel: £75 for two people, £105 for 3 people
Small groups/families of 3 – 6 people can book 2 hour handbuilding sessions – £35 per person for 2 hours, including materials, glazing and firing
